Stonetown Heritage Festival returns to Queen Street for its 21st year

Featured acts include The Amazing Corbin and White Pine Dancers 

Impromptu illusions, mini-busker shows and interactive storytelling will overtake Queen Street on Saturday, July 9 as St. Marys celebrates the 21st annual Stonetown Heritage Festival. The free event will feature two new featured acts, along with family-friendly activities, food and retail vendors, historical tours, live music, a street dance and a fireworks display.

ST. MARYS, ON – On Tuesday April 12, 2016 St. Marys Town Council officially appointed the Town’s new Director of Emergency Services/Fire Chief. Mayor Strathdee and the Council of the Town of St Marys are very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Richard Anderson to this position.

Anderson will be joining the Town from the civilian fire department located at Canadian Forces Base Borden where he is currently in the role of Deputy Fire Chief. He comes with 35 years’ experience in the fire services...

Town Hall fire siren temporary disconnectionThe Fire Siren will be disconnected due to close proximity to workers completing the Bell Tower project.  All Fire Services will operate as usual. The siren will be reconnected when the project is near completion.
